Carlton R. Cronin Jr. (Rick)

Mr. Cronin has spent over 50 years in the municipal bond business and started Cronin and Co., Inc. in 1974. He grew up in Minneapolis and attended the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 1957 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is married and has six children and thirteen grandchildren.
James J. Hiniker III (Jay)
President
Mr. Hiniker has spent his entire career, starting in 1991, in the fixed income securities business all at Cronin and Co., Inc. working in the trading and underwriting areas. He grew up in Minneapolis and attended the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and English. He is a General Securities Principal, Municipal Securities Principal, Financial Operations Principal, and Investment Advisor. He is a past president and current board member of the Minnesota Institute of Public Finance. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Regional Bond Dealers Association. He serves on the Investment Subcommittee of Children's Hospital and Clinics of Minneapolis/St. Paul. He is married and has three children.
Christopher H. Hill
Secretary and Treasurer
Mr. Hill has spent his entire career, starting in 1992, in the fixed income securities business all at Cronin and Co., Inc. working in the sales area. He grew up in the Minneapolis area and attended the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance. He is a General Securities Principal and Municipal Securities Principal. He is married and has one child.
Jeffrey R. Bowers

Mr. Bowers has spent his entire career, starting in 1993, in the fixed income securities business all at Cronin and Co., Inc in the sales and trading areas. He grew up in the Minneapolis area and attended the University of Wisconsin, graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. He is a General Securities Principal and Municipal Securities Principal. He is married and has three children.
Jason T. Sawyer

He grew up in the Minneapolis area and attended Gustavus Adolphus College, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He is a General Securities Principal and Municipal Securities Principal. He is married and has two children.
Joshua T. Wolke

Mr. Wolke has spent his entire career, starting in 1997, in the fixed income securities business all at Cronin and Co., Inc. in the sales area. He grew up in the St. Cloud area and attended the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance. He is a General Securities Principal and Municipal Securities Principal. He is married and has one child.
Michael P. McMahon, CFA
Principal
Mr. McMahon has spent over 32 years in the municipal bond business. Prior to joining Cronin & Co., Inc. in March 2009 he had been Managing Director of Municipal Trading & Underwriting for Stifel, Nicolaus and Company where he was responsible for the trading and underwriting of both Bank Qualified and Taxable Municipal bonds. He joined Stifel when it acquired Legg Mason Capital Markets in December, 2005. He had been with Legg Mason since 2002 where he had been the Manager of Municipal Trading and Underwriting and was also responsible for trading and underwriting of Bank Qualified Municipal and Taxable Municipal bonds. From 1993 thru 2001 he had been the Director and Manager of the Municipal Trading and Underwriting Department for Piper Jaffray & Company in Minneapolis and traded secondary institutional blocks and underwrote institutional focused issues. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, he had been responsible for Institutional Municipal Trading at Dain Bosworth in Minneapolis. Mr. McMahon began his career in Municipal Bond trading and underwriting in 1978 with The Arizona Bank in Phoenix, Arizona. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in May, 1977 with a Major in Finance and received his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September, 1984. He is a Municipal Securities Principal. He is married and has three children and three grandchildren.
